Ground Source Heat Pump Design & Installation Specialists
We specialise in the design, specification and installation of high-performance ground source heat pump systems for residential properties.
Proven Experience in ground source Heating Systems
We have delivered ground source heat pump projects across a range of properties in London and Kent. Every installation is engineered around the building’s specific heat demand, ground conditions and distribution system to support long-term efficiency, reliability and comfort.
Our installations include:
- Horizontal ground collector arrays
- Borehole-integrated ground source systems
- Full wet underfloor heating integration
- Low-temperature radiator systems
- Buffer tank and hydraulic separation strategies
- Domestic hot water cylinder integration
- Weather compensated heating controls
- Multi-zone heating and smart control systems
- Plant room design and commissioning
- System balancing and flow temperature optimisation
A ground source heat pump is part of a complete heating system, not simply a replacement heat source. Ground collector sizing, flow rates, emitter selection and control strategy are all critical to stable operation and a strong seasonal coefficient of performance.
Our approach combines detailed system design, careful installation and thorough commissioning. Each system is tailored to the property rather than based on a one-size-fits-all specification.
OUR DESIGN APPROACH
Every ground source heat pump system is designed around detailed room-by-room heat-loss calculations, emitter sizing, hydraulic balancing and flow temperature optimisation to maximise seasonal efficiency and long-term reliability.
Heat Loss Calculations
Accurate property assessment and thermal demand modelling.
Ground Collector Design
Correctly sized horizontal arrays and borehole integration.
Low-Temperature Heating
Optimised underfloor heating and oversized emitters.
Commissioning & Controls
Weather compensation, hydraulic balancing and smart zoning.
BOILER UPGRADE SCHEME
BUS Grant Support for ground source Heat Pumps
The standard Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant provides £7,500 towards qualifying ground source heat pump installations.
From 21 July 2026, eligible off-gas-grid homes replacing an oil or LPG heating system can receive £9,000, provided the voucher application is correctly made on or after that date.
As an MCS certified installer, we check eligibility, prepare the required documentation and manage the grant application as part of the project.
£7,500
Standard grant for qualifying installations
£9,000
From 21 July 2026 for eligible off-gas-grid oil or LPG replacements

What Our Customers Say About Our Heat Pump Installations
Genuine feedback from homeowners across Orpington, Bromley and the surrounding BR postcode area.
"Aleks and the team were fantastic when installing an air source heat pump and the rest of the system. He advised very clearly about what would best and carried out the installation perfectly. They've also been great on the one occasion that a minor thing went wrong and let me know how to avoid that in future. I highly recommend them"

"Alex and the whole team were great to deal with from start to finish. We are very happy with the workmanship and the project ran smoothly. If you are considering a switch from gas boiler to an air source heat pump, I would recommend using Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning."
